Subject: Final Report Proposal
There is no objection about Apple’s iPhone is the most popular and most desirable cell phone in the mobile market in this era. Now, iPhone has been preparing for expanding its scope of domination through combining with not only AT&T, but also with other mobile network companies such as Verizon. For this reason, other mobile device companies have been checking iPhone and they are making effort for catching up with Apple. In this circumstance, for remaining iPhone’s current users and gaining new customers, I propose to write a report on how iPhone can solidify its position as a leader of mobile market which is rapidly changing circumstance.
Need
Mobile network circumstance is changing and new mobile devices are pouring into the mobile market.
· Expanding iPhone’s business scope through transferring network companies after expiring the exclusive contraction with AT&T · Develop new operations system for iPhone, for example iPhone 4.0 · Listen and respond to users’ opinions and accept and apply those ideas on next updating.
The contraction with AT&T has almost reached the end. It seems to be an opportunity for expanding iPhone’s market scope and gaining more customers. And Apple introduces their new operation system for iPhone and the users’ opinions are accommodated satisfactorily.
The clients of proximity who are trying to target Gen - Y need this report to understand what iPhone should do for keeping their position in the market.
